The Lawrence L. Bennett Harness Horse Training Facility is located in Hawkinsville, Georgia
19 miles off Interstate I-75, south Exit 135 at Perry, Georgia. Travel the
Larry Walker Parkway, go pass the Perry Georgia Ag. Center on your right.
After a few miles the Larry Walker Parkway turns into Golden Isles Parkway(US 341).Travel until
you come to Hawkinsville. Go through 1 stop light, and then you will come to a Stop sign. Turn left on to Broad Street(also US341) go to the second stop light, just before McDonalds, turn right onto Jackson street,
south(also Hwy I29). Travel about 1-1/2 miles and the main gate of the training facility is on your right. Hawkinsville is about 130 miles from the sunny beaches of Savanah, Georgia at the Atlantic Ocean and
about 100 miles north of the Florida border.
