All seasonal stalls if paid after February 2, 2010, 5% late fee.
Monthly stall rent $175.00 in advance if available.
Daily stall rent $10.00 per day in advance if stalls are available.
Over night stalls $15.00 per night in advance if available.
Monthly room rent $100.00 in advance if rooms are available.
A $25.00 key fee as deposit at time of registration for the room.
Monthly RV sites $100.00 in advance if sites are available.
Sites include water and sewer, Electricity and gas for heat is extra.

TRACK & TRAINING CONDITIONS
The Georgia red clay and mild climate make an excellent
combination for conditioning young horses.
Mild conditions allow almost uniterrupted
training on an all weather half mile track and red clay mile track.
The temperate climate is also a great factor
when these horses return to the north where they can begin racing
immediately.
There are 15 barns with a total of 466 stalls. Each barn has 4 feed
storage rooms, 2 tack or sleeping rooms and 1 restroom. Other
features included on the grounds are 16 turnout paddocks,
2 blacksmith shops, tack shop, track restaurant, 14 room groom
bunkhouse, with recreation hall, and well equipped men
and ladies restrooms, 16 RV and Camper hook-ups, starting gate
available for schooling and qualifying races. The Harness Festival
is held in early April to qualify young horses so they
are ready to race when they return home.
